Cecily McMillan Found Guilty – Write to Her!

5 May 2014

NYC Anarchist Black Cross

Cecily McMillanOn Monday, May 5th, Cecily McMillan was found guilty of assaulting a cop. That McMillan was merely reacting to an actual assault by the cop seemed irrelevant to the judge. She was immediately remanded and will be jailed until her sentencing date on May 19th.

Being unexpectedly jailed is terrifying and the first few days are understandably the most difficult. Help make this time more bearable by writing to Cecily to let her know folks on the outside have her back.

Her current address is:
Cecily McMillan
Book & Case Number 3101400431
Rose M. Singer Center
19-19 Hazen Street
East Elmhurst, New York 11370

Personal comment:

Those in charge of police tactics to undermine demonstrator, activist or dissidents work overtime for shits like this, and it is clearly shown that they won. good for them, they need a raise.(sic)

She clearly reacted to some shit the cop dress in black did to her, shame. no different than any underdeveloped country, but with the power of the greatest, well, they arent the greatest for believing in freedom and things like the found father die for, so, this american dream is for those who are sleeping.

And the debate of the sleeping ones, the conformist ones, the statist ones, the ones who climb the hard hierarchical system made by the few, are sure gonna protect their investments...

So begin blaming the demonstrators, the dissidents, the occupiers for their own flaws...begin! justify you existence by undermine other alternatives...go...debate! protest the protest and follow each unjust rule, just keep sleeping...

Letter for Cecile McMillan:

Dear Cecily McMillan:

You are not alone, not in battle nor in what happened to you. Right now im listening to Victor Jara, a Chilean song writter and guittar player whose music is lovely and cheerful in a mellow way, killed by the fasist of Chile when they took the parliament by power.

The Chilean coup made by this parasite pinochet, a coup where an elected president Allende, a socialist one, was democratically elected. The coup was orchestrated by the USA, and so one can think that it's what they do, so for this, you are not alone.

A lot of people, since the beginnings of times, have been abused and those in power, the royalty or the oligarchs, have done the impossible for us, the people, the ones who struggle, to rise up, to rise up from the memories of those who die for us, those who die for us to have this memory of resistance, and in a way glory. Glory because, as an example of what you did, you let the forces of oppression know not to mess with you, even if that lead to something worst than the reaction taken. A reaction similar as the Nato3 who thought about some alternatives of living and how to get there and in the process were seduced by an infiltrator, and therefore arrested, framed, as it has also happened to me.

For this treatment done by the forces of oppression and the royalty(corporations) you are not alone, you have the people on your side, some may not understand others alternatives or the power they hold when together, but we have more power than what we have right now and it is an offense to humanity to still be in the chains of the few, the 1% and their dogs.

So no, you are not alone, you represent occupy, the struggle everyone goes in order to live, and the fierceness of a great warrior who wont let an assault without, at least, a strike to their face. That strike i would also have done if someone grasp my private part, so im in your side. you resist please. that memories are being made by the warriors who fight injustices and oppression.

remember:

You are free!
You are liberty!
